Katey collaborated with Sara Brownell and Sarah Eddy to examine the impact of research anxiety on student intentions to pursue a career in research. The study found that women and students with higher GPAs expressed higher research anxiety, which negatively predicted students' intent to pursue a career in research. Check it out here.
