New paper on an intervention targeted at undergrad fear of negative evaluation

Katey and Carly collaborated with clinical psychologists at Northwestern University on an NSF-funded project to develop a single-session intervention (SSI) to lessen undergraduates' fear of negative evaultion in active learning college science courses.

In a pilot randomized controlled trial, we found that the SSI significantly increased students' confidence contributint to whole class and small group discussions, as well as their confidence speaking one-on-one with the instructor. You can read the paper here!
