New publication! The scientific rules, roles, and values that life sciences doctoral students want to see upheld by undergraduate researchers

Dr. Carly Busch, alongside graduate students Erika Nadile and Tasneem Mohammed, and PhD student Dr. Logan Gin, investigated the rules, roles, and values expected of undergraduate researchers to create a more accessible path into the scientific community. Their analysis revealed that gender, race/ethnicity, and college generation status predicted differences in what rules, roles, and values were appreciated and advised.
