On 10/20, Katey gave a talk to the Physics Education Research Consortium of Graduate Students (PERCoGs) entitled "How biology learning environments affect students with anxiety and depression." The talk summarized work examining the impact of active learning on student anxiety (read here and here) and depression, as well as the the impact of undergraduate research on student anxiety and depression (read here and here).
