Carly Busch successfully defended her thesis Invisible role models: Concealable stigmatized identities in undergraduate science.

Carly graduated having published 12 papers with many more in the pipeline, which is a testament to her extraordinary work ethic! She is an expert in how individuals with concealable stigmatized identities (CSIs) navigate academic science and on how sharing those identities in the classroom impacts the individual and their students.
