Tasneem presents at the 2026 Annual Research Summit on Inclusive Excellence!

PhD candidate Tasneem Mohammed recently presented her research at the 2026 Annual Research Summit on Inclusive Excellence at Arizona State University.

Tasneem’s talk, “How depression affects the professional responsibilities and well-being of science faculty at research institutions,” examines how teaching, mentoring, research, and service interact with faculty experiences of depression. Drawing on interviews with science faculty across disciplines, her work highlights both the structural challenges and sources of support that shape faculty mental health.
