Tasneem and Carly win awards!

This was an exciting month in the Cooper BER Lab!

Current undergrad researcher and soon-to-be Master's student Tasneem Mohammed was awarded the prestigious Graduate College Fellowship (GCF) for the Fall 2021/Spring 2022 semesters!

Ph.D. student Carly Busch was awarded 2021 Teaching Section Research Recognition Award by the American Physiology Society for her abstract entitled "Student benefit from instructor revealing LGBTQ+ identity in an upper-level physiology course," which she will present as at the 2021 Experimental Biology conference in April!
