Erika Nadile successfully defended her PhD, focused on understanding undergraduate and faculty perceptions of the practice of asking and answering questions in large-enrollment courses. Erika was co-advised by Dr. Cooper and Dr. Jim Collins.
Erika is now the Assistant Director of STEM Education at the Searle Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning at Northwestern University.
